MANUFACTURING

We produce jointless reinforced concrete tanks using bell-casting technology. The bottom and all four walls are cast at the same time. The result is a tub-shaped prefabricated space that is perfectly watertight and does not require additional waterproofing. These advantages are not achievable with conventional on-site concreting. The tanks are manufactured from C35/45 waterproof concrete, placed in steel moulds and compacted by high-frequency vibration.

TRANSPORT AND ASSEMBLY

We provide transport from the production plant to the construction site, mounting, and assembly of the water tank. Transportation and assembly of the entire structure including the roof and completed facade takes one day. We will prepare the structure including the equipment for approval in about ten days. The assembly can take place in all weather conditions. We have mobile assembly cranes with a lifting capacity of 90 to 300 tonnes.
