1. TURNKEY DELIVERY

We supply ready-made prefabricated buildings including technical equipment for construction sites. In our production plant, we manufacture reinforced concrete shells using jointless technology. We also carry out all finishing works in the buildings including insulation, electrical installations, heating, and water and sewage distribution.

2. SPEED OF INSTALLATION

We transport the fully prepared building from the production plant to the construction site. We complete the installation within one day. It is up to the investor to prepare the sub-bed and connect the utilities.

3. NO REQUIREMENTS FOR SITE EQUIPMENT

The finished building is delivered by truck as an oversized load and craned into place. We do not require any special site equipment and do not use wet construction processes on site. We can install the building in almost any weather.

4. NO FOUNDATIONS REQUIRED

The stand-alone building does not require foundations due to the solid concrete body. This also simplifies the building permit process. A compacted gravel bed is sufficient to settle the building. Foundations are only required for multiple cells, so-called "combi-buildings".

5. CAN BE USED AS A RETAINING WALL

The building can also be set into a slope. The self-supporting reinforced concrete body can also be used as a retaining wall.

7. PROVISION OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION

Individual bodies can be easily extended both during construction and during use. Buildings can be extended both in width and height.

9. RELOCATABILITY

The building can be transported and fitted to a new location on request.

10. VARIABILITY OF DESIGN AND FINISH OPTIONS

We want you to be able to influence the look and feel of your building. We offer many different facade finishes as well as different types of roofs and roofing materials. For example, you can choose the colour of the facade plaster, facing concrete, facing bricks, facing made of Klinker strips or stone, facades with decking or different cladding boards, flat and pitched roofs, gable and hipped roofs, folded and metal roofing, decorative gravel, green roofs.
